Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 30, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued on LinkCasts. It covers the marketplace (product orders), advertiser campaign funds, and LinkCaster earnings. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.

1. Marketplace orders (buyers)

When you buy a product on LinkCasts, your payment is held securely and only released to the seller once you confirm delivery with the code sent to you. This protects you until you actually have your order.

2. Cancelling an order

You can request cancellation while an order is still Pending, Confirmed, or Processing, before it ships. Approved cancellations are refunded in full to your LinkCasts wallet. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, so use the options below instead.

3. Items not delivered, damaged, or not as described

If your order never arrives, arrives damaged, or is materially different from its description, you may request a refund. Do not confirm the delivery code, and contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where relevant. Verified claims are refunded to your wallet.

4. After delivery is confirmed

Entering the delivery code confirms you received your order as described and releases payment to the seller. Confirmed orders are final and generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or for a proven defect covered by section 3.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are credited to your LinkCasts wallet balance, usually within 3 to 5 business days of approval. From your wallet you can spend the balance on the platform, but only earnings can be withdrawn to your linked payout account — refunded amounts are spend-only. See Payments, Earnings and Withdrawals in our Terms of Service. Gateway or transfer fees already incurred may be deducted where noted at checkout.

6. Advertiser campaign funds

Money added to a business wallet is used to run campaigns. Amounts already spent serving impressions or clicks are non-refundable, because the service has been delivered. Unused, unspent business wallet balance may be refunded at our discretion on request. Contact support with your business and campaign details.

7. LinkCaster earnings

Earnings you make as a LinkCaster are paid to your wallet and withdrawn to your payout account. They are not refunds and are not reversible once released, except where earnings are found to result from fraudulent or invalid activity, which may be withheld or reclaimed under our Terms of Service.

8. Digital products and services

Digital goods and services are refundable only if they were not delivered or are faulty. Once a digital item has been delivered or accessed, or a service has been rendered, it is non-refundable unless required by law.

9. How to request a refund

Open a support ticket from the app, or email support@linkcasts.com with your registered email, the order or campaign reference, and a short description of the issue (attach photos for damaged or wrong items). We aim to review refund requests within 24 to 48 business hours.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank, as most issues are resolved faster directly. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may delay resolution and can lead to temporary account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated in-app or by email.
