LinkCasts is an influencer marketing platform that connects content creators (LinkCasters) with advertisers through performance-based campaigns. Our platform also includes an integrated marketplace for product promotion and sales.

2. Eligibility

To use LinkCasts, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid social media account
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. For LinkCasters (Influencers)

• You must have authentic followers and engagement
• You agree to create original, honest content for campaigns
• You must disclose sponsored content as required by applicable laws
• Fake engagement, purchased followers, or fraudulent activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings

5. For Advertisers

• You must provide accurate information about your products and services
• You are responsible for ensuring your campaigns comply with advertising laws
• Payment for campaigns must be made in advance as per platform requirements

6. Payments and Commission

• LinkCasters earn based on campaign performance (clicks, downloads, signups)
• LinkCasts retains a 30% commission on all earnings
• Payouts are processed according to the payment schedule in your dashboard
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use bots, fake accounts, or artificial engagement
• Post misleading, harmful, or illegal content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass or harm other users
• Attempt to manipulate campaign metrics

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting on LinkCasts, you grant us a license to display and promote your content within the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

LinkCasts is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
